DH: I’ve been working on my coaching practice. I help men & women with overcoming patterns of guilt, shame, and/or issues around sexuality. I work with them to break thru limiting belief patterns to transform their PAIN INTO POWER that have been affected by trauma, shame, guilt, & fear. This helps them to be more whole, confident, & clear so they can step into their authentic power.
This is my passion project based off of healing my own trauma. And, now I want to help others collapse time and feel more self assured in who they are & how they operate in the world.

sbs: That is an amazing example of giving back, Domina. I’m sure you’ve helped many Dommes and submissives through your practice. For those, like me, who have fallen deeper under your spell with every response, what advice might you offer as they make their approach to submit to you, either virtually, or in person?
DH: Just a simple respectful approach. The more engaged your are, the better the flow can be. Sometimes, we will get the “you can do whatever you want” answer and that can be really frustrating because we are not mind readers. I understand there can be nerves involved and that is totally okay and to be expected.

sbs: A journey of discovery sounds irresistible. If we had conducted this interview in person in your LA dungeon, perhaps, with me kneeling at your feet and asking my questions nervously, how might such an interview have concluded?
DH: I like to get my slaves as relaxed as possible. I always start off with just 5-10 mins of getting to know each other. They do not have to be in a service position or anything like that. To me, if we can just have a few minutes to get to know each other, then they tend to relax and open up more. This allows me to get a better gauge on the type of play they enjoy.
