Being a Domme in today’s market means having to adhere to a handful of different regulations imposed on the industry. It is becoming increasingly more difficult for producers of adult related content to get their content to the market without fear of it being removed, due to the regulations set forth by merchant processors. As much as we would all like to do away with merchant processors and their regulations, they are a necessity and without them, you won’t be able to make sales. Unfortunately, without sales means no money.

There are multiple platforms for models and studio owners to choose from to sell their content on. Currently, the three largest clip sites have all chosen a different stance in regards to what they deem acceptable. For instance, Clips4Sale has a very relaxed stance on following Visa & MasterCard’s terms of use on what is allowed on their site, whereas iWantClips & ManyVids have taken a more responsible approach to what is allowed.

ProhibitedContent

Granted, there are some categories of content that should not be produced (Rape, Extreme Violence, and Underage content, just to name a few). However, here are a few simple workarounds that will help you get the majority of your content to the market without the fear of it being removed.

Although incest related content is not acceptable across multiple platforms, one of the most searched terms according to Pornhub in 2016 was, “Stepmom” with “Stepsister” trailing very closely behind it. This showcases a demand for content that closely resembles that of “incest” or blood relations.  When listing content that closely resembles blood relations, it is best to use Step relations placing the word “step” in front of: brother, sister, mother, father, etc.

Another popular category in the fetish scene that comes with imposed regulations are clips that deal directly with hypnotism or a trancelike state.  While some may enjoy the idea of being placed under hypnosis or placed in a trancelike state, it rides a fine line as to constitutes a voluntary purchase vs. a purchase made against ones free will. Although some may agree or disagree on this subject, one way to ensure that your clips won’t be removed is to use the term “Mesmerize” when categorizing or providing your clip’s description.

The last questionable category we will touch on will be that of Forced Sexual Interactions. Studies have found that Forced or Forceful sexual fantasies are of a common interest for both men and women. Obviously, we can all see why this content is not allowed on the majority of sites out there. However, labeling this type of content as being “Coerced” instead of being “Forced” will enable you to get your content to the market without any repercussions.
