Mistress Daria: Thank you so much! It’s great to be back!
sbs: So the logical starting point would be for me to ask what you have been up to since we last spoke. Any new projects, experiences or changes to share with our readers who are eager to catch up with you, Mistress Daria?
MD: Yes yes yes. I moved My dungeon and decluttered my collection of dungeon furniture. I’ve been hosting many traveling Dominas and also selling My art. I’m hosting photographers as well now. I have created a kink meets sensual massage course for couples and I’m also renting the dungeon to lifestyle couples who wish to explore privately. I’m currently working on a book about fetish that I hope to release in the new year. Mistress Montana and I will be releasing a new podcast soon. And Goddess Ashlee and I are starting a sissy club for crossdressers. I have introduced a new Domme who will be working at My dungeon The Meridian… her name is Domme Lady Grace. So yes I’ve been quite busy.
sbs: Well you certainly could not be accused of resting on your already considerable accomplishments with that answer, now could you? Now in moving your dungeon, are you still in Dallas, and what changes have come about as a result of your new setup? For those that may not have visited you in your new dungeon, what might they expect from where you were previously?
MD: I have moved My dungeon to a location only a few blocks away from My old one. I have gotten rid of a lot of clutter and pieces that were collecting dust. So it’s tidier and more energetically vibrant. I’m planning on adding a Venus 2000 soon!
sbs: I’ve never experienced anything like the Venus 2000, but I have to say it looks amazing. What can you share about your soon to be new addition and what plans you may have for it in future sessions?
MD: I have sessioned with this piece before and I plan to surprise many different subs with it, so I won’t be announcing when I get it!!
sbs: I can just imagine the impact upon your slave, bound and unable to comprehend what is about to happen to them as you attach the Venus 2000 to them and it begins to work it’s magic. Can you describe how it feels for you to take absolute control over another person as you do so easily? Is it still a rush for you, or something you’ve grown accustomed to as it happens so frequently?
MD: It’s still a rush. I’m a total voyeur. I love feeling the panic and the nervousness of a sub that has surrendered to inescapable bondage.
sbs: I don’t think I’m alone in saying that response is sizzling hot and makes me tremble just a little. I can imagine the click of your heels as you circle your prey. Are there specific fetishes you truly enjoy exploring in your sessions, Mistress Daria? Any that are out of bounds and you will not entertain?
MD: I’m definitely in the old school camp. Leather, strict bondage, verbal humiliation, pain play of all kinds, sissy training and sensory deprivation are favorites. I’m always open to learning and trying new things. I have discovered over the years I don’t enjoy sessions involving scat, any themes involving children (adult babies etc) blood drawing for just the sake of blood, or any scene that involves an unwilling participant… ie. a public scene where a bystander gets involved who was never asked permission. Those things are hard limits. I really appreciate the idea of expressing hard limits and that being a fundamental thing that people respect. Though I love toying with the soft limits of others.
sbs: I’m sure you can be very persuasive in extending some of those softer limits, Mistress 😉 Do you see both male and female submissives in your dungeon, and if so, are there significant differences in the types of sessions you do and the fetishes you explore?
MD: Yes I see both. I mostly see women when they come in as part of a couple. Because I’m seeing both submissive and Dominant women in these couples, it’s difficult to explain the differences. But many of the interests are the same, with some very specific differences. Obviously women are not going to be interested at all in some of the equipment designed specifically to torture a cock or set of balls. But frequently men can enjoy things that were designed with women in mind. It varies.
sbs: That sounds absolutely amazing and I can only imagine the dynamics of a couple submitting to you together. In such a session, do you sometimes also teach a wife or girlfriend how to be dominant?
MD: Yes. Very frequently. I also do coaching sessions for people wanting to become dominant or hone their dominant skills. I teach new Pros, or women who just want to have better relationships with their partners and also men looking for ideas and skills to use with their subs. So I have many different types of appointments available. One on one coaching in street clothes, couples coaching in street clothes, one on one sessions, couples sessions and Pro Domme mentorship.
sbs: Is that something you have always offered or something relatively new that is now something you enjoy?
MD: I’ve always offered couples sessions. But I starting coaching in the past three years for people who really just wanted to learn techniques but did not want to submit to Me. I started training Bondassage TM practitioners about five years ago. I taught my first Pro Domme intensive in 2018 and I really do enjoy being a mentor.
sbs: With your mentorship of Pro-Dommes and work with couples, have you ever considered welcoming them to your dungeon for their own session work?
MD: Yes absolutely, frequently couples seeking coaching will rent for an hour or two afterwards to play. I rent The Meridian Dallas to couples for $100 an hour with a two hour minimum and overnights are a flat rate of $600 much like an air BNB where they check in at 4pm and checkout the next day at 11am. I frequently host traveling Dominas who stay here and book sessions, as well as renting to colleagues or friends who do not require overnight accommodations but simply an hour or two here or there. sbs: That would be amazing especially for those just starting out without access to a dungeon of their own. But that isn’t all you are up to I understand. Care to share a little about your kinky couples massage you’ve started offering and how that works?
MD: Yes. I’ve long been involved with Bondassage TM brand and franchise. (@CEOBondassage) as a practitioner and a trainer. But now I’m offering kinky sensual massage classes. I bring in a kinky male partner to help reach the fetishes. It’s a workshop environment where several couples get together to take turns learning the techniques on each other. I’m planning on coordinating a monthly meetup where the students from these workshops can come for a practice party to work on the techniques they learned in a group environment.
sbs: And do these massages have an element of BDSM to them or is this something separate and apart from what you do in your dungeon?
MD: Yes. They start with bondage and proceed to explore kink on the massage table. The name of the training endeavour is Table for Two, and @Table4two3 is the Twitter profile. These kink classes are oriented toward the more sensual aspects of BDSM.
sbs: That does sound intriguing and would be something amazing with the right partner. I’m sure it would lead to so much more! And speaking of the right partner, I noticed you mention the very lovely and talented Mistress Montana in a recent tweet talking about WhipSmart Domme Talk. I have to say, I’m intrigued and did a little exploring. What can you share with our readers about your collaboration with Mistress Montana and what is to come?
MD: Yes! Mistress Montana and I are dedicating one day a month to recording our thoughts about fetish. We will have a topic of the month and occasionally we will have a guest. We also intend to start requesting questions from our listeners in order to add an educational aspect.
