Mistress Ayn: Hello slaveboysmith. I wish you were here as well. FemDom Mansion is a special place for sure and I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to share some information about it with your readers.
sbs: It would be my privilege to be kneeling before you in Femdom Mansion asking you all about it beautiful Mistress. Let me begin by asking you to share a little about what exactly Femdom Mansion is, and how it distinguishes itself from the array of other dungeon/playspaces that are out there?
MA: For starters, FemDom Mansion is a venue that accommodates one sub at a time which is extremely unique. People sometimes incorrectly think that our events are open for multiple subs, probably because they see multiple Mistresses in attendance and multiple sub events are the norm, but that is not the case. Each event is designed solely around the submissive that books it. They can choose to serve only one Mistress or many. Their interests drive the activities, so each event is unique and a great deal of planning goes into each one. The Mansion is also a private residence so it has all the luxuries and comforts one would expect from such a property – with one big addition, a 2000 square foot BDSM Dungeon. This gives us the best of both worlds, the luxury of an prestigious home for domestic scenes and access to an exceptionally well equipped Dungeon. I don’t know of any other property that offers both at this high a level.
sbs: It’s almost incomprehensible to think of a space where one might serve multiple Mistresses over the span of time spent there. Obviously you are one of the Dommes that a submissive might serve at Femdom Mansion, but you mention multiple Mistresses. Are there other Mistresses that a submissive might choose from, or do they arrange to book Femdom Mansion with a Mistress they already serve?
MA: As the Proprietress I am responsible for the space and what happens within it, so all events include me, whether I am actually active or not. The website includes a list of local Mistresses that I have worked with for years at Atlanta Dungeon and trust. A sub can choose any of those Mistresses listed to be part of their event. We also have two Switches to make things more interesting. That being said, we recently had Mistress Troy of NYC appear as a guest Mistress for two events at the request of the sub. Again, Mistress Troy is a known and trusted Mistress and we had sessioned together before so I had no qualms including her. I am certainly open to a sub attending with his Mistress but it would need to be someone I knew and trusted. These events are a minimum of 24 hours, costly and elaborate to produce so I want to be sure that we are all a good fit so the experience is one that brings us all joy.
sbs: Mistress Troy is an extraordinary woman and I’m sure that the experiences at Femdom Mansion are always amazing. With the full understanding that every booking will be unique, could you share a general idea of what type of session might take place at Femdom Mansion, Mistress?
MA: Mistress Troy is amazing and we have really enjoyed getting to know her better. There is nothing like living under the same roof for a full weekend to get to know someone. She is the quintessential professional and an absolutely lovely person. I refrain from using the term session to describe a stay because it is much more than that. The best term I have found is “event” and there really isn’t a typical event per se. Each stay is as unique as the sub that books it and his individual interests. We have catered to couples, foot fetishists, sissies and subs that just have an interest in an immersive experience. If there is a constant that runs through all events I would have to say it’s the degree of personal or domestic servitude. Because it’s an actual residence things like dinner service and cocktail parties are a natural part of events. But some subs are very private and don’t want more than one or sometimes two Mistresses to serve. The main thing we are trying to capture is what it would really be like to live the lifestyle 24/7. So if your thing is being trained to be a sissy maid to a house full of Dommes, we can do that. If your tastes run more to being the pain toy for one Mistress, we can do that too – and everything in between. I have set up a “Past Events” page on the website that describes some of the previous events. One sub that has returned multiple times allows photography so there are extensive photos and video of some of his events. That can help get people in the picture if they are curious about what happens at events.
sbs: The more I hear about Femdom Mansion the more it becomes etched onto my “bucket list” as a submissive. I can only imagine the cost of a life-changing experience like this and know that it might not be for everyone. Can you give our readers a sense of the type of tax bracket we’re talking about for the opportunity to experience heaven on earth like this Mistress?
MA: As you would imagine, it’s not cheap. But before we get into pricing I want to say what FemDom Mansion is not. I had long been fascinated with immersive venues like OWK. I really wanted to recreate something like that here in the States but could never make the math work with a multi-sub event. Either the subs would leave feeling they did not have enough attention from the Mistresses, or the Dommes involved would feel like they were not compensated well enough to return. Once you start charging over $2000 – $3000 for an event it loses its appeal for many and you will have trouble filling the spots, which could lead to economic failure. So I threw the budget out the window and started from scratch. I thought about what the perfect event would be like and then itemized each detail. To make it perfect, where everyone left happy, it would be pricey and I decided I was fine with that. Even if I only did one event a year, I would rather do that than create something that would be a disappointment. As you said, it’s a bucket list event and if you look at it that way, budget becomes secondary to making the experience stellar. Most events come in at around the $5-7K per day range. Obviously the more Domme hours that are involved the more expensive the event will be. Oddly enough, serious inquiries have not been surprised by the amount. I think when a person really knows this is what they want, they have given enough thought to it to do the math themselves. Just to rent a property like this for an event could run several thousand a day. Then you add in the Dommes, the planning and prep, the food, beverages and clean up and you have quite a tally at the end.
sbs: I think the description of what a Femdom Mansion experience might be is enough to let people know that the finest things in life come with a price. For those with deep pockets and kinky desires, is there a process they must go through to apply, and is there any sort of wait time once a slave decides to pursue this ultimate experience?
MA: Most of the attendees have sessioned with me previously. For those that have not, references from respected Dommes are a requirement. Confirmed stays at establishments like Warsaw Prison in Poland or Baroness Essex’s Estate in England always get My attention. If vetting is not possible, an in person interview or a trial session is required. I recently had an applicant that is new to the scene fly to Atlanta and spend an evening with me discussing his expectations and mine. This may sound like overkill but this is a big step, both financially and emotionally, and it is important that trust and rapport be established. This process has served me and the attendees well so far. Regarding lead time, a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is required. Trying to get 4 or 5 Dommes in one place is not easy. The more time allowed for planning the better.
sbs: Absolutely and I’m sure that more preparation leads to greater attention to detail and a richer experience for all. Do you have any plans to expand on what you’ve created at Femdom Mansion, either within the location itself, or perhaps branching into another site to go along with this one?
MA: Not at this time. I can’t imagine trying to duplicate this anywhere else. I have access to a one of a kind property and its dungeon is huge and has absolutely everything. And really, the network of fabulous Ladies is as unique as the property. I don’t know of any city that has as stunning a group of talented women that support each other and genuinely like each other like we have in Atlanta. It all makes FemDom Mansion a special, jewel of a place. I am also a part of Atlanta Dungeon and Atlanta Sissy and Feminization Academy and we are always coming up with creative ideas to engage the community and expand our kink empire.
sbs: I don’t think I’m alone in saying that Atlanta is definitely a must visit destination for any submissive man looking for a once in a lifetime experience.
