Goddess, thank you so much for granting me permission to interview you. Let me begin by asking how you became the world famous Femdom Goddess that you are today. Do you recall what the spark was that led you down this path and how you got here?
Miss XI: Hahaha, aw, thank you. I haven’t heard “world famous” before; That’s very sweet of you to say. I’ve been interested in the kink world upon discovery of it, via the internet, since the tender age of too-young to be reading about it on the internet 😉 I was always into alternative cultures growing up, being the gothy punk girl. I’m also fairly nerdy, so I would spend a lot of time on the computer. This led me to some blogs and websites where I first discovered kink. Particularly CoilHouse, which had featured a very fashionable, strict looking Toronto Domme named Princess Sadako. I remember reading the interview and being interested in the idea of a Professional Dominatrix. Interestingly enough, a few years later I had begun art modeling to make some side cash, and a photographer emailed and asked if I would be interested in modelling for the website of a Dominatrix. I said, sure, why not!? I was 18, and it was my first “real” shoot in downtown Toronto. I caught a bus into the city with a friend, and when I got there, it turned out that the Dominatrix was Princess Sadako from the Coil House blog. Go figure! I never worked with Sadako, but it was my first touch into that world. I am still friends with her, even though she’s left Domming.
sbs: Hmmm, I’m wondering if perhaps the next generation of Femdoms might be reading this feature, and one day will credit you with their emergence into this world.
MXI: Hmmm, that is a thought to ponder! I think that it’s always a variety of influences that leads one down the “dark path” 😉 As for the rest of the story, I truly got into it via foot fetish, in a weird way. I was at a fetish party, about 5 years ago, wearing 6″ heels, leaving at the end of the night. A stranger from the party approached me and asked if he could rub my feet? I said yes, of course. (6″ heels after dancing all night, hurt!). It turned out that he co-ran a popular foot event in the city, which he then invited me to participate in. I did so, and made lots of money with my little size 4 feet. He then invited me to be in their permanent roster, which was “on demand” rather than event based. I said yes, but lasted about two weeks, since they “filtered” clients, then called you and told you to go to the client’s location (on your own), and then give them $80 out of the $200, for the “agency fee.” As I am someone who is naturally Dominant, you might see where this didn’t quite jive for me. Since I knew coding basics, I decided to build myself a website. I had enough contacts in my immediate network to find a private 3rd party location that was much safer, for a similar fee to the “agency’s,” and I was able to filter all of my own clients. From there I took workshops, hired professionals for 1 on 1 training (eg, a piercer to learn play piercings, an experienced Domme, @AspasiaTheGreat to learn sounds..etc) and began advertising. I had a catalogue of photos to use for the website, as I’d been modelling for the years prior. It grew naturally from there, as I loved the ability to travel and work.
sbs: That path you have taken may be a dark one, but it’s an all so tempting one. Can you describe the type of slave that is drawn to you? Is it different for online servitude than it is for real time sessions?
MXI: It is incredibly different for online vs real! To be honest, I much prefer real time sessions over online – which is why subs must email to book a Niteflirt session; because I rarely “just sign on.” One of my favourite things about D/s is the ‘action’ part. The doing of the activities. Ballbusting, beat downs, leg scissors, mummification, vac beds, sounds, throwing pies….they’re all things you miss out on, without RT. Mind you, online sessions allows for all kinds of creative imaginary scenes through verbals, that you couldn’t, or wouldn’t do physically. To be short, I enjoy the physical aspect of Domination because it satisfies my inner sadist. As for type of slave or sub – I get a large variety. I am not so into sensual Domination, so those types don’t tend to come by much – and rarely pass the filtration if they do. Having said that, I do offer some kink-fulfillment sessions without Domination, such as strictly foot-worship.
sbs: Reading that response, and your obvious enjoyment of having a man completely at your mercy real time, I’m starting to wish we had arranged this interview in person as we talked of lol. When you have a slave completely under your spell, ready to do whatever you demand of them, is there a “tell” that lets you know you’ve broken their resistance down completely?
MXI: I did grant you the option of a Skype call…but tears make great lube, so you’ll be fine 😉 The “tell” is when they leave an extra $200 tip. When they show up to sessions with Chai Lattes without an order. When they offer to bring smoked salmon eggs benedict for me and my partner at 11am on Saturday. The “tell” is when they can already tell what I might desire, or try to learn it as best they can. The “tell” is when they offer up their balls for my ballbusting amusement, even when they hate pain and fear that fetish. Or, ask to worship my feet, even when they hate feet.
sbs: I have a feeling a real time session with you would likely prove far too distracting for me to even form questions, let alone ask them and record your responses lol. It sounds like you are very accustomed to seeing such “tells”. You’re very obviously a stunningly beautiful woman. Have you grown accustomed to men fawning over you, or is there still a thrill in knowing that any man you set your sights upon will end up bending a knee for you?
MXI: It’s not something I think about much – which is probably a sign that I’ve become accustomed to it. But, of course, it is always amusing when I begin to see the crumbling happen with someone who doesn’t know about my Dominatrix life.
sbs: That leads nicely into my next question. Have you ever been recognized in public? If so, what kind of reaction do you get from slaves who suddenly, and unexpectedly, find themselves in the presence of the woman of their dreams?
MXI: I have been recognized at fetish/adult events or shows, where fans usually come and say hi to compliment video work and such. Outside of that, they are respectful of my privacy – as I am of theirs – and they generally don’t bother me; they may email afterwards. The only exceptions are with those that are very close to me. They are permitted to say hello, and whatnot.
sbs: We spoke earlier about your online presence. You have some absolutely amazing clips that you’ve produced. For our readers, if one was to purchase one clip right now, which would you recommend, and why?
MXI: Why, Thank you! I am glad you enjoy. Which so far has been your favourite? I couldn’t suggest a single one clip, as each individual is different, with varying tastes. sbs: I think I would need more time before assessing what my favourite one is, but I have a weakness for boots so that category caught my eye. You also have some very creative and unique ones that I plan to check out more as well.

MXI: Yes! I have just switched my home base back to Vancouver, BC. I still frequent Toronto very often, so I didn’t really feel the need to make a big announcement – as travel is so common for me. I will be focusing more on videos, with a release once or twice a week on XICLIPS.COM – so send in those customs! While still making availability for real-time, I won’t be pushing as often for that in the future as I’ve decided to return to school for techie things 😉 On a side note – I’ll also be doing more graphic design, so Domme friends can now get me to make posters and logos for them. MXI: When thinking of approaching me, or any Domme for that matter, do so with respect. Take the time to review the website; make sure we have interests in common! I get a lot of idiots who skip past the info on the website, ask me something that’s on the denials list, ask what my dates for a certain city are, when it’s beside the contact form, etc. Make sure you send a polite request that’s not simply centered around what you want – or how you think you’re ‘ready to be my slave’. I will decide if you’re ready to be my slave – and that is a long, hard road. Simply introduce yourself and make a request for the booking form, with perhaps a brief outline of what you seek, the city and date/s. Send a tribute, and don’t be fussy about it. You’d only be wasting my time and yours. Lastly, keep all questions constrained to one email. Back and forth emails – or novel emails – are irritating and may not be read. Fans wishing to simply chat have the option to purchase text or call sessions, where I may answer their multiple questions if they are too nervous to take the plunge just yet. I also offer coffee shop consultations for this purpose. Oh – and the actual, final note: Do not, ever, ask for a session “right now”. Being rushed instantly pisses me off!
