DommeAddiction: How long have You been a Dominatrix, and what was it that brought You to this role?
Mistress Adrienne: I have been a Dominatrix since 2006. I was always a leather loving, boot wearing, Dominant woman. Becoming a Domme was a natural blossoming.
DommeAddiction: Would You say You are naturally dominant, or is it more of a role play when You are in session?
Mistress Adrienne: I am naturally dominant with a strong belief in discipline and worship.
DommeAddiction: What skills do You think a successful Dominatrix such as Yourself needs to have?
Mistress Adrienne: A successful Dominatrix must love the type of play she engages in. She must put her needs and desires before that of the slave.
DommeAddiction: Can You explain what makes a man want to be a slave?
Mistress Adrienne: Man or woman, I think the desire to be a slave is the desire to surrender a power bigger than thyself. To trust and respect that power but most importantly, to feel the pleasure in doing so.
DommeAddiction: What are Your favorite fetishes to explore with Your slaves?
Mistress Adrienne: Leather, Boots, High Heels, Scent, Gloves, Latex
DommeAddiction: Is it different for You in person vs in online sessions?
Mistress Adrienne: I do not do online sessions for this very reason – yes it is extremely different. I am a sensual Mistress and play off of energy. Online play becomes mostly verbal.
DommeAddiction: Are there any negatives involved in being a Dominatrix?
Mistress Adrienne: Yes. We are expended to exude complete power at all times which leaves no room for vulnerability, a trait I which believe makes a powerful person more compelling.
DommeAddiction: Do You ever do sessions with other Dommes involved?
Mistress Adrienne: Yes, sometimes.
DommeAddiction: What is the cruelest thing You have ever done to a slave?
Mistress Adrienne: Told the slave he can no longer see me.
DommeAddiction: How do You know when You have truly broken someone and are completely in control of them?
Mistress Adrienne: Men submit to me immediately. I have that demeanor. I think it’s cool to read of other Dommes stories in breaking slaves but it’s not my thing. Submit now or leave my presence.
DommeAddiction: Do any of Your slaves serve You outside of sessions? ie. real-life slaves in everyday life?
Mistress Adrienne: Yes. Over the years a few have earned that privilege.
DommeAddiction: Have any of Your clients tried to reverse the power dynamic and top from the bottom with You?
Mistress Adrienne: Ha, that won’t get them very far! It used to happen when I worked at a house dungeon. I would become extra bossy and the client would get pissed but typically, they’d come back for more. I much prefer being an independent and weeding out this nonsense in my business.
DommeAddiction: Are the people in Your personal life aware of Your work?
Mistress Adrienne: Yes
DommeAddiction: Is there anything else you would like to tell Your admiring worshipers, and future slaves, reading this interview?
Mistress Adrienne: Yes, take care of your health and hygiene.

DommeAddiction: Have You always been dominant in Your interactions with men?
Mistress Adrienne: Yes, it is my nature.
DommeAddiction: What can You tell me about Your journey to becoming one of the most sought after Dommes for admiring slaves to serve?
Mistress Adrienne: The coolest thing I ever got a slave to do for me was arranging a dinner with my favorite living author, Bret Easton Ellis.
DommeAddiction: At what point did you first realize the power You held over men?
Mistress Adrienne: In the 5th grade after I got my first leather jacket the younger boys would try to sneak up on me to touch it.
DommeAddiction: Cash or gifts? What type of tribute do You prefer from Your slaves to show they appreciate You and are sincere in their desire to serve You?
Mistress Adrienne: Cash is fabulous and so are gifts, as long as I’ve selected or approved the gift.
DommeAddiction: What role does social media such as Twitter, Skype, etc. play in Your business?
Mistress Adrienne: Social media has allowed me to express more of my personality to my fans and slaves. On my web page and advertisements, there is no room for asides but on social media I can make a post about my love for Jim Morrison and people can relate to that. As well, I take a lot of pictures and social media is a great platform for me to share them. For me, it is a way of giving back, providing entertainment and beauty in exchange for admiration.
DommeAddiction: Can You describe how it makes You feel to know You have absolute control?
Mistress Adrienne: It gives me energy while keeping me calm. It is a state of confidence.
DommeAddiction: Have You ever been recognized in public? How does the slave react to seeing his ultimate fantasy Domme in person?
Mistress Adrienne: Yes. The reaction depends on the character of the person reacting. I’ve had polite, I’ve had freaky.
DommeAddiction: Can You tell me how my first session with You in person would look?
Mistress Adrienne: No, I don’t know you.
DommeAddiction: Have You been told You make men nervous often?
Mistress Adrienne: I’ve been told I intimidate people often.
DommeAddiction: Is there a specific type of slave You find is drawn to you?
Mistress Adrienne: I believe that the ones drawn to me are looking for natural dominance rather than something put-on and dramatized.
DommeAddiction: Can all submissive men be persuaded to slip across that line into financial domination?
Mistress Adrienne: No. Many men have no interest in this type of play. I think it’s cheap to try to persuade someone who is not into it.
DommeAddiction: If there was one thing You could change about being a financial dominatrix, what would it be?
Mistress Adrienne: I consider myself a Mistress not a financial dominatrix.
DommeAddiction: If we were conducting this interview in person, how would it end?
Mistress Adrienne: I am not going to indulge in a fake femdom exit prediction. Interviews typically end without any newsworthy event.
